Shelton Gore

Shelton Gore is a Florida native hailing from Jacksonville, Florida. He is a faithful husband of 29 years; he has two grown sons and a preteen daughter. He is a retired combat military policeman who found the love of baking while obtaining his AS in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu, and a diploma in Baking and Pastry from Florida Technical College. In addition, he found out that he could use his love of baking to put smiles on the faces of those who have tasted his delicious cakes, breads, and chocolate treats.

He was introduced to Dog Tag by the Wounded Warrior Project, where currently he currently serves as a peer leader; he hopes to gain useful knowledge to start and maintain a successful business and give back to my community.

Shelton’s favorite baked goods are chocolate chip cookies with or without nuts.
