Shamonda Strother is a military spouse, a proud wife of an amazing husband, and a mother of two beautiful daughters. She was raised in Atlanta, GA and received a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt School of Nursing. As a nurse in corporate America, she developed extensive leadership skills and a love for empowering others. After spending two decades in the nursing profession, she discovered her true passion. Now, she has broadened her horizons to pursue her dream of becoming a mom entrepreneur.

After an intensive search for military spouse entrepreneurship programs, Shamonda found the Dog Tag Fellowship Program. The program’s tools and resources will provide a road map for her to move forward confidently in her entrepreneurial endeavors. Shamonda is an innovative and visionary thinker. Even so, she noticed her need for assistance in areas regarding creative idea monetization and marketing. She felt that working on a business curriculum with expert panelists through the Dog Tag Fellowship Program would allow her to implement practical steps to become a successful and innovative entrepreneur.

Shamonda loves to dance and empower others, and her favorite baked good is, without a doubt, her mom's homemade peach cobbler.
