Rebecca Frederick

Rebecca Frederick was born and raised in Warren, MN on an entrepreneurial sugar beet farm where she learned and experienced real life economic challenges that all farmers endure and conquer year after year.

Rebecca‘s education is focused on trade diplomas. In 1989 she achieved a medical administrative diploma from Northwestern Technical College. She worked as a medical insurance account specialist for 9 years. In 1998 she received her dental assistant diploma from Minnesota State Community and Technical College. Her passion for teeth for the last 23 years as an orthodontic dental assistant focused on changing smiles changes lives! Rebecca married her high school sweetheart 27 years ago. As an Army military spouse she has supported her husband through three deployments and numerous aviation training missions while raising their two daughters.

Rebecca first learned of the Dog Tag Fellowship Program while catching a glimpse when featured on the Today Show. Her goal is to ignite human purpose, find her way, and transform people’s paths by making a visual impact. She plans to do this in an entrepreneurial, charitable style with the skills and access to a lifetime of mentors Dog Tag has to offer.
