Fellowship Manager

Pinky Uttayaya-Andrews

Pinky believes that meaningful change happens when people are equipped with the right support, practical tools, and a community that believes in their potential. Inspired by her experiences as a veteran spouse and a career dedicated to helping people navigate change, she joined Dog Tag to empower veterans, military spouses, and caregivers as they build their next chapter through entrepreneurship, education, and community.

As the Fellowship Manager, Pinky leads the planning and delivery of Dog Tag's entrepreneurship fellowship program. She works closely with fellows, faculty, and community partners to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that fosters leadership, resilience, entrepreneurship, and lifelong connections.

Pinky earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree before transitioning into program leadership, where she has designed and lead health and wellness programs that support veterans, military-connected communities, and diverse workplace populations. Her background in workforce wellness, adult learning, and veteran-serving initiatives continues to shape her commitment to helping individuals navigate transition and realize their full potential.

In her free time, Pinky loves to be active outdoors with her husband and dog doing activities such as hiking, running, going to festivals, gardening, and anything adventurous. She also prioritizes taking time out for herself to relax and recover from life stressors.

Pinky's favorite baked good is her husband's homemade cheesecake.
