Paul Posey

Paul was born in Gary, IN in April of 1967. He attended Lew Wallace High School for his final two years of high school, graduating in June of 1985. In September of 1985, Paul enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He was an exceptional Marine by always striving to gain knowledge in many areas by being trained in seven different MOSs’. From 0311 Infantryman, 8151 Marines Security Guard, 1141 Basic Electrician, 1142 Generator Mechanic, 1169 Utilities Chief, 8411 Canvassing Recruiter, and completing his career in August 2009 as an 8412 Career Recruiter.

In 2017, he opened the doors to his business with the desire to grow as far as he can with it. In understanding that knowledge is king, Paul was given some great information about the Dog Tag Fellowship Program. He has enlisted in Dog Tag to do as he always has done, learn and grow. Paul is seeking to learn how to be a solid entrepreneur; combined with his tempered leadership skills he will grow his business and inspire growth in his employees and share what he has learned from his life experiences and the Dog Tag cohort.

His favorite baked good is Zingers.
