Program Coordinator
Natalie Hettle
Natalie believes that periods of transition can become powerful turning points when individuals are met with the right support, structure, and community. Dog Tag’s fellowship model, which combines professional development with a strong sense of belonging, strongly resonates with her. As a Program Coordinator at Dog Tag, Natalie supports the day-to-day operations of the fellowship program, ensuring program activities remain organized, responsive, and aligned with program goals. Her role centers on coordination, communication, and maintaining the systems that allow the program to run smoothly.
Natalie joins Dog Tag after working in the international humanitarian sector for the last five years. She most recently served as a Foreign Service Officer for USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance. She holds a master’s degree in international development from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service.
While not at work, Natalie likes to spend time reading, knitting, practicing yoga, or walking her roommate’s dog. Her favorite baked good is fresh baked bread with butter.
