Margaret Gibbons believes in the power of storytelling to build meaningful connections and bring purpose to life. As Marketing Assistant at Dog Tag Inc., she is excited to support and amplify Dog Tag’s mission, sharing the stories behind the bakery, fellowship program, and development efforts to help ensure every part of the organization’s work is thoughtfully connected and mission‑forward.
Originally from Maryland, Margaret most recently worked as a Brand Manager for a local business in Annapolis, MD, where she gained experience in marketing strategy, communications, content creation, and social media. She is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, where she earned a degree in Sociology with a minor in Information Technology. As a DC college alum, Margaret is thrilled to return to the Washington, DC community and contribute her skills to an organization rooted in service, purpose, and connection.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys being on the water, traveling, and exploring new desserts whenever she can. What she loves most about DC is its strong sense of community and the way mission‑driven organizations and people come together to create impact. Her favorite baked good at Dog Tag Bakery is the cinnamon roll, a go‑to treat that reflects her appreciation for simple joys done well.
