Lorely Saray Nocua Litchfield was born in Cucuta, Colombia. She went to Santa Teresa High School from kindergarten to 11th grade, then transferred to El Carmen Teresiano as an exchange student, finishing her high school in the USA.

Lorely went on to marry a Special Forces Officer in the United States Army. Lorely’s husband was a commander for the transit warrior battalion unit in Fort Belvoir when she heard about the Dog Tag Fellowship Program for the first time, and actually encouraged her daughter to apply for it. Not too long after, she heard about the program again from another military spouse enrolled in the course.

With dreams of owning her own business in the near future, she decided to apply in order to get guidance on how to manage and achieve her entrepreneurial ambitions. She heard how the program brings together people from different backgrounds and teaches awesome teamwork, and she looks forward to learning and sharing all different aspects of her life and travels with the other fellows.

Lorely’s favorite desserts are cheesecake and oatmeal cookies.
