Lauren believes in creating space for people to show up as their most authentic selves, without fear or compromise. That intention shapes every encounter here at the bakery allowing everyone to feel seen, valued, and empowered.

Her role here is to oversee the daily operations of the Cafe, Catering, and Events departments at the bakery ensuring every aspect of the business runs smoothly while delivering a high-quality experience for both staff and customers.

When Lauren is not at work, she is either investing in self-care and recharging or channeling her creativity through cosplay and any other creative endeavors. She doesn’t have a favorite baked good because she genuinely loves all desserts equally.
