LaKesha Robinson

LaKesha Robinson, a US Air Force veteran originally from South Carolina and raised in Washington, DC, completed her education at the University of the District of Columbia (BA in Political Science) and the University of Oklahoma (MPA in Public Administration). She participated in ROTC at Howard University, earning a commission in the US Air Force. As a former Nuclear Weapons Program Officer, LaKesha brings valuable military expertise to her civilian life.

Joining Dog Tag for personal and entrepreneurial development, she identifies as a veteran, eager to connect with the local and military-affiliated community at Dog Tag. LaKesha aims to acquire not only business skills but also a sense of camaraderie from this experience as a Dog Tag Fellow. Beyond her military background, LaKesha harbors a deep interest in allergy-friendly vegan baked goods, making them her preferred indulgence. She envisions creating solutions to enhance the lives of families and individuals managing multiple food allergies and sensitivities. With a diverse background in education, military service, and a passion for entrepreneurship, LaKesha anticipates that the multifaceted opportunities that Dog Tag offers will foster both personal and professional growth within a supportive community.
