Air Force Spouse

Katie Prill

Katie Prill hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is a Cheesehead at heart. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University and spent nearly 12 years working as a registered nurse in various roles, including labor and delivery, endoscopy, and hospice. After leaving the healthcare field, she embraced her entrepreneurial spirit and launched her own small business back in 2020.

As a military spouse of almost 17 years, Katie is connected to the U.S. Air Force and has served as a Key Spouse Mentor, as well as a volunteer for her spouse’s squadrons at multiple duty stations. Her experiences navigating military life have inspired her to support and empower others within the military community, especially fellow military spouse entrepreneurs.

Encouraged by a friend who completed the program, Katie joined the Dog Tag Fellowship to gain insights into scaling her business, building a resilient foundation for growth, and learning from the diverse experiences of her cohort.

Katie’s favorite baked good is a warm chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream—a timeless classic!
