Jennifer Alleva

Jennifer Alleva is the Chief Executive Officer of Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC), a nationally recognized leader in nonprofit accounting and financial management and one of Accounting Today’s Top 100 firms, as well as a Best Place to Work.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting and leadership, Jennifer has been instrumental in YPTC’s growth to over 800 staff serving over 2,000 clients nationwide. A Boston College graduate and a Certified Public Accountant, Jennifer began her career at Arthur Andersen, and held key financial leadership roles, including Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for several organizations before joining  YPTC in 2003.

Jennifer is a passionate advocate for excellence in nonprofit financial management. She has educated countless nonprofit leaders, served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania Fels Institute, and is founder of Philadelphia’s Women in Nonprofit Leadership Conference. Her board service includes Dog Tag Bakery, Catholic Partnership Schools and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance. She is also the creator and host of the Mission Business Podcast, which features professionals and stories from the nonprofit sector.  

Through her leadership, Jennifer strives to not only empower nonprofit organizations to achieve their objectives through strategic financial management but also champions and supports the professional growth of clients and YPTC's staff. Her unwavering commitment to service extends to both her colleagues and the nonprofits they serve, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and shared success.
