Jen Dalton
Jen Dalton is the CEO and founder of BrandMirror, where she specializes in personal branding strategy, working with executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations to clarify their purpose, elevate their visibility, and create lasting impact in their industries.
With over 20 years of experience in brand and business strategy, Jen has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, coached thousands of leaders, published bestselling books such as The Intentional Entrepreneur and Listen, and been recognized as an Entrepreneurial Leader of the Year at Georgetown University. She is currently an adjunct Professor through Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she teaches Entrepreneurship 101 as part of the Dog Tag Foundation coursework.
She is an international speaker, author, and certified personal brand strategist who helps leaders and organizations define, deliver, and amplify their unique value and promise. Jen recently contributed to two books, Mastering the Corporate Chess Game (Georgetown University Press) and Speak Your Way to Sales (Eaton Press).
Beyond her professional focus, Jen enjoys giving back to the community through board service at organizations helping families and women leaders, living in Northern Virginia with her family, and pursuing passion projects in leadership development and storytelling.
