Jeff Knudsen

2015

Jeff Knudsen graduated from the Dog Tag Inc. Fellowship Program in October 2015. He retired after serving 22 years of service in the Army.  During those years he performed numerous positions as an enlisted Field Artillery Soldier and officer.  After earning the rank of Staff Sergeant, Jeff left the Army to seek a commission through the Green to Gold program at Eastern Washington University where he commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant, Field Artillery Officer.  Jeff served for an additional eight years reaching the rank of Captain before retiring.   During his tenure in the Army, Jeff served in numerous enlisted and officer positions. Jeff’s most notable jobs were Chief of Section for a Paladin Howitzer crew, Military Transition Team Operations Officer In (Iraq , Baghdad) and a Commander of a Field Artillery Battery.

Jeff’s civilian education includes a BA in History from Eastern Washington University and a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University. Jeff’s military education consists of the Captains Career Course, Cyber information Systems Manager (Career field 53) at the US Army Cyber University, Ft Gordon, Georgia and Command and General Staff College.
