Jaime Feeman

Jaime is committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and community at Dog Tag and beyond.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Jaime is guided by Dog Tag’s spirit of service to be the best teammate, mentor, and leader she can be. Jaime accomplishes these goals by being a mission-driven, process-minded, and strategic leader focused on achieving measurable and direct impact on the Dog Tag community. During her tenure at Dog Tag so far, Jaime has led the development of Dog Tag’s growth model, which includes building the integration between Dog Tag’s strategic plan and financial management capabilities to ensure sustainable growth.

Before joining Dog Tag as the Director of Finance and Strategy, Jaime was a management consultant with Deloitte and supported multiple clients, including the Department of Defense with the development of a DoD-wide pilot encompassing over 20,000 individuals to measure optimal force health and readiness.

Jaime is currently completing the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate at her alma mater, Georgetown University. While not at work, Jaime can be found planning her next trip or getting lost on a hike with her two dogs, Scout and Murphy.
