Jacob Dowers grew up in Tigard Oregon and is a recently retired U.S. Army veteran who brings over 24 years of distinguished military service to the civilian sector. Throughout his career, he held pivotal leadership roles including Operations Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, First Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, and Flight Medic. Known for his strategic mindset and mission-first approach, Jacob consistently delivered results in high-stakes, fast-paced environments around the globe.

He holds a Master’s degree in Sports and Fitness Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Jacob’s academic foundation complements his operational expertise, equipping him with a robust understanding of strategic project management, cross-functional team leadership, and organizational development.

Jacob’s professional strengths include risk assessment and mitigation, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. He also has extensive experience in event planning and coordination, bolstered by his adaptability and interpersonal communication skills—essential qualities honed through decades of service and leadership in complex, dynamic situations.

He maintains an active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance and is now pursuing opportunities where he can continue to make a meaningful impact through leadership, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
