Eric Carroll

As a nine-year veteran of the United States Navy and father of three beautiful daughters, I have always aspired to become an entrepreneur and create opportunities that positively impact others. Born and raised in Landover, Maryland, I have been driven by a passion for leadership, service and community. Whether serving as a youth coach, mentoring young people, or giving back through community outreach, I am committed to helping others grow, succeed, and reach their full potential. My experiences in both military and civilian life have strengthened my resilience, leadership, and ability to bring people together around a common purpose. Throughout my military and professional career, I have developed strong leadership, problem solving, and relationship building skills while working in challenging and fast paced environments. These experiences have reinforced the importance of resilience, teamwork, and adaptability, and continue to fuel my passion for building successful businesses, empowering others, and creating opportunities that positively impact families, communities, and future generations. The Dog Tag program represents more than an educational opportunity it is a chance to continue my growth as a leader, entrepreneur and veteran. As I transition into the next chapter of my life, I look forward to learning from mentors, building meaningful relationships and gaining the tools needed to turn my vision into reality.
