Navy Veteran
Diana Stacy
Diana Stacy is a recently retired U.S. Navy veteran with 25 years of honorable service, where she distinguished herself as a dynamic and mission-driven leader. Her career culminated as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the Naval Intelligence Activity in Washington, D.C., a position in which she provided strategic guidance, mentored emerging leaders, and helped steer complex operations at the highest levels of naval intelligence.
Originally from South Dakota, Diana is a proud graduate of American Military University with an associate and bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, as well as a master’s in management – Organizational Leadership. Her academic and operational experiences have shaped her into a collaborative problem-solver, team builder, and transformational leader with a passion for cultivating people-first cultures and achieving excellence under pressure.
As she transitions into civilian life, Diana explores entrepreneurship with curiosity and vision. Introduced to the Dog Tag Fellowship Program by a fellow veteran, she is eager to expand her network, deepen her business acumen, and harness her leadership experiences in shaping her next mission.
She and her husband—a 22-year U.S. Air Force veteran—are now cherishing family time with their two children. Diana finds comfort and connection in traditions, especially savoring her husband’s famous holiday cornbread alongside a warm bowl of soup.
