Crystal Chin-Lee

Crystal Chin-Lee is originally from Silver City, New Mexico but she moved with her family to Gaithersburg, Maryland as a sophomore in high school. She holds a degree in Visual Communications and Digital Design from American Intercontinental University as well as a Certificate in Professional Photography from the the New York Institute of Photography.

As an Army spouse and stay-at-home mom, she spent several years focused on caregiving and supporting her family. As her husband approached retirement, she began exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth—leading her to Dog Tag.

Drawn to its mission, she saw Dog Tag as a chance to rediscover herself, gain confidence, and evaluate her potential to launch a business of her own. Through the program, she hopes to find clarity in her path forward and discover meaningful ways to serve her community. Her favorite baked good is peach cobbler.
