Autumn believes that the heart of philanthropy lies in empathy and community. At its best, philanthropy is a high impact catalyst for change, a collaborative effort toward collective social impact, a driver of innovation, and an accessible avenue for all in leading a purpose driven life.

As Chief Development Officer, Autumn oversees strategic initiatives to drive revenue generation, donor relations, social impact and community engagement. Joining the organization in 2024, Autumn plays a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative campaigns and strategies to foster philanthropic development and impact.

With a background in development, corporate social responsibility, communications, and engagement, Autumn draws on nearly twenty years of experience to drive positive change and build impactful relationships. She is known for her dynamic fundraising strategies, tireless advocacy, strong belief that philanthropy is a team sport and exceptional stakeholder collaboration.

Prior to joining Dog Tag Inc., Autumn held key leadership positions in organizations such as the National Association of Federal Credit Unions, Haiti Air Ambulance, and Alzheimer’s Association, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, fundraising, stewardship and community engagement. Autumn holds a Bachelors in English and a Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications, along with certifications in Philanthropy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Media Marketing and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programming.

Autumn’s commitment to driving meaningful change and fostering sustainable growth is reflected in her track record of success in the field of nonprofit development. As the daughter of a Marine and wife of a career Army Officer, Autumn brings a deep understanding of the military and veteran community and a passion for empowering communities and creating sustainable impact.

While not at work, you will find Autumn spending time with her husband and two sons, exploring vintage markets and history museums, feeding her own curiosity at Community Workshops or Politics & Prose lecture, reading, or hiking with her two Golden Retrievers.

Autumn’s favorite baked goods are her Mother’s German Chocolate Cake or her grandmother’s Coconut Cake with Coconut Buttercream frosting.
