Chukwuma "Chuck" Enubuzor, a native of Nigeria, began his remarkable journey in the United States in 2001, establishing a path marked by military service, logistics expertise, and academic accomplishment. Joining the New York Army National Guard in 2002, Chuck's 17 year tenure culminated as a Sergeant First Class (SFC), encompassing significant deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. These experiences sharpened his skills in logistics, military policing, and senior culinary management, instilling resilience and adaptability into his character. Chuck received a medical retirement from the Army at Fort Belvoir in 2019. Parallel to his military career, Chuck excelled as a Federal Technician from 2008, specializing in supply, material handling, and production control, enhancing his logistics and operations management skills. His post-military life led him back to academia. At Touro College, he completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2022, earning distinction and a Psi Chi Honor Society membership. Presently, he is pursuing a Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Touro University, expected in January 2024. Family is the bedrock of Chuck's life, sharing joy and motivation with his fiancée Tanesha and their blended family. Inspired by an 8-week Business Skills Workshop and the 100 Entrepreneur Project, Chuck joined the Dog Tag Bakery fellowship, aiming to blend his military, logistics, and entrepreneurial skills for impactful, sustainable success. Chuck’s favorite baked goods are oatmeal raisin cookie and almond croissant.
