Army Spouse
Chelsea Tabor
Chelsea Tabor was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. After attending university for a couple years, she decided to pursue a career in emergency medical services. She received her associates degree in Paramedic from Century College (Minneapolis, MN) in 2016. While attending paramedic school she met her wife, Erica. Erica is a Master Sergeant in the Army currently serving in Germany.
After moving to Germany Chelsea discovered it was very hard to find vegan desserts for her son with food allergies. She started her own hobby vegan baking business and was introduced to The Dog Tag program by an alumni who purchased some baked goods. Chelsea hopes to gain confidence and understanding in running a small business. She is also excited to meet new people, network, and find a new path as a military spouse. Chelsea's favorite baked good is carrot cake.
