Board Director
Charles Plummer
Lieutenant General (Ret.) Charles “Chuck” Plummer served for 30 years in the U.S. Air Force, culminating as The Judge Advocate General — the senior uniformed attorney responsible for the global legal enterprise supporting both the Air Force and the Space Force, providing strategic leadership across mission execution, organizational governance, and institutional readiness.
Throughout his service, he helped shape the policies, programs, and institutional frameworks that underpin mission effectiveness and warfighter readiness while supporting servicemembers and their families. As both a senior military leader and a longtime military spouse raising a military family, Chuck has been guided by a deep commitment to service, integrity, and strengthening the communities that support our nation’s military.
After concluding his military career, he continues to apply his extensive enterprise leadership experience to mission-driven organizations focused on community resilience, veteran empowerment, and military family well-being. He joins the Dog Tag board with a commitment to advancing its mission of empowering veterans with service-connected disabilities, military spouses, and caregivers as they pursue their next chapter of purpose and opportunity.
