Army Veteran
Carol-Anne Hipple
Carol Hipple was born in Seoul, South Korea, as a military child and grew up primarily in Las Vegas, NV. She began her military career in 2011 when she was accepted into the U.S. Military-Baylor University Master’s Program in Nutrition and became a Registered Dietitian (RD) upon graduation. Carol served over 13 years in the U.S. Army as an RD in Active duty and Reserve capacities.
Before becoming an RD, Carol was a massage therapist and fitness trainer for 10 years. Carol always loved helping people improve their health and well-being through more holistic means, such as food, massage therapy, aromatherapy, or exercise.
Carol enjoys hiking, decorating, and spending time with her family in her spare time. She is married and has a baby girl and a Maine coon cat.
Since leaving the military, she has desired to return to the more tranquil environment of the spa industry, and her passion for skincare was her ticket to this world again. Carol desires to open a business to offer skin health from the inside and complete her esthetician training to provide further skincare aspects on the outside. This desire brought Carol to the Dog Tag Bakery Fellowship. She looks forward to the sense of the military community while learning the hands-on aspects of running a profitable business.
Carol’s favorite dessert is red velvet cupcakes.
