Billie Parrack

Billie Joe Parrack Jr is from San Antonio, Texas and graduated from William Howard Taft High School in 2006. He is an Army medic with 13 years of service. Billie heard about the Dog Tag Fellowship Program through the Soldier For Life Transition Assistance Program and saw it as a perfect opportunity for a smooth exit from the military. Through the fellowship he hopes to refine his business plan and make connections that will help him achieve his business goals. Billie follows a plant-based diet and loves all kinds of sweets, but his favorite is salted caramel cookies.
