Bernice McCoy

Bernice McCoy is the founder and creative force behind Beloved Bounty, a business dedicated to creating unique, handcrafted, and sustainable tote bags and accessories. Her entrepreneurial journey is deeply rooted in personal experience—inspired by the waste-conscious practices she observed during her time in Hawaii and the enduring legacy of her grandmother’s craftsmanship. A proud native of Severna Park, MD, Bernice received her associates from Anne Arundel Community College. She has navigated 17 military moves during her 28 years as an Army spouse, a journey that has shaped her resilience and passion for community. She has been happily married to her college sweetheart, Eric McCoy, for 27 years, and together they are the proud parents of Maria, Solomon, and Joseph McCoy. Currently, Bernice is eager to expand her professional skills and build meaningful connections as a fellow with the Dog Tag Fellowship. Fun Fact. Bernice enjoys cinnamon rolls and warm gooey cookies.
