Anand Shah

Anand Shah is an air force veteran and graduate of University of Michigan. He is a proud father of his son Aadi who is a soccer star in the making, a loving dog owner of a labradoodle named Siku, and an avid cheerleader of his spouse who is leading great things at Warner Brothers Discovery.

Anand started his career journey in industry, first as an actuary and then as a mechanical engineer. After the 9/11 terrorist attack, he joined the air force and served 22 years. He loved launching rockets, building weather satellites, designing imaging satellites, manufacturing communication satellites, and deploying software systems.

Blue Star Families introduced Anand to the Dog Tag Fellowship. Immediately, he was drawn to their passion for helping veterans. Anand hopes Dog Tag will help him open a content generation or financial consulting business. He loves Dog Tag's holistic approach to entrepreneurship and is super excited to visit the bakery, learn from it, but most importantly have some of their amazing baked goods as his favorite treat lately is Dubai chocolate.
