NATIONAL SOCIETY DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION SUPPORTS DOG TAG
Dog Tag Inc.’s fellowship program directly reflects NSDAR's mission pillars of Education & Patriotism, with a complementary community service component. It's been a staple in the DC community for over a decade, and by empowering veterans and military families to build meaningful futures, DTI creates lasting change across the country.
The District of Columbia Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DCDAR) Junior Membership Committee was honored to nominate Dog Tag for a $50,000 award, sponsored by DCDAR State Regent, Yvonne Liser, and DCDAR Junior Membership Chair, Lenna Hoffman. By supporting a program that honors America’s heroes, fosters education, and inspires leadership, they continue to make a difference for generations to come.
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, National Junior Membership Committee: “We are proud to support the Dog Tag Fellowship Program as the recipient of our 2025 Community Project Award. Their mission to equip veterans, military spouses, and caregivers with tools for personal and professional growth deeply aligns with the DAR’s legacy of service. Through the Helen Pouch Memorial Fund, we are honored to help advance their impactful work and invest in the future of those who have given so much to our nation.”
Meghan Ogilvie, CEO of Dog Tag Inc.: “Dog Tag is grateful for the support of the Daughters of the American Revolution, an organization with a long history of service and a sense of duty to those who have served our country. This donation will enable American military families to thrive long after service through our person-first social impact model. Our alignment with the DAR values and mission makes this donation both life-changing and a powerful testament to serving those who serve.”
