Wacinque Amistad Kaizen BeMende is from Wyoming and has a BS from Upper Iowa University, IA and an MS from Northwestern State University, LA. He served 40 years in the military and 1 year with AmeriCorps VISTA.

His military service began in the Marine Corps in 1975. Assigned to 2nd MAW, MAG-14, VMAQ-2 Cherry Point MCAS, He completed a sea duty rotation on the USS Midway, which earned him Trusty Shellback status. This service was followed by Marine Corps Reserve, Air Force-Air Force Reserve-WY ANG and AGR, Army-Army Reserve-WY NG, and appointment as an honorary member of the US Coast Guard.

After his Marine service, Wacinque served mostly in two military career fields: as an Aeromedical Evacuation Technician/Instructor as well as a Combat Medic-LPN/Instructor. These military professions allowed him to travel to many countries. Additionally, he served in the Army as an Adjutant General Corps and Human Resource Command as a Senior Human Resource NCO/Instructor.

In youth, Wacinque learned he was a fourth generation mired in poverty. His passion to change circumstances is what led him to study banking, finance, and complete a financial planning internship. He would later become a personal finance management and debt management (PFDM) community college adjunct instructor. His passion for PFDM led him to volunteer many years, become an entrepreneur and acquire advanced business development skills with Dog Tag.

Wacinque loves Sci-Fi superhero Gort and brownies with nuts.
