Harry Coker Jr

Harry Coker served as a senior executive with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the National Security Agency (NSA). Prior to joining the CIA, Coker served twenty years of active duty in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and as an Engineering Duty Officer. His service to our nation has been recognized with the awarding of the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal and the NSA Director’s Distinguished Service Medal.

Harry is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the US Naval Academy Foundation; a member of Microsoft Azure’s Mission Cloud Advisory Board; an advisory board member for Veeam Government Solutions (VGS) and Historic Ships in Baltimore; and a fellow of the University of Oxford’s Changing Character of War Centre's programme and Auburn University’s McCrary Institute for Cyber and Critical Infrastructure Security.

Coker is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the Naval Postgraduate School, and Georgetown University Law Center. His professional development includes the Senior Executive Fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and the CAPSTONE course for General and Flag Officers, National Defense University.
