Chef Corey Jamison is an experienced and passionate pastry chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary field. He specializes in creating delicious and unique desserts that combine elevated flavors from around the world. Corey received a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
Chef Corey was drawn to Dog Tag because of its mission of helping veterans, something he feels is very important to our country and what it stands for—and he wanted to be a part of it.
Chef Corey's baking style is focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on impeccable, flavorful pastries. He is a firm believer in local and sustainable sourcing, and is always looking for ways to add a personal touch to the magic he creates. He's passionate about food and always looking for ways to make your dessert/ food experience unforgettable.
When he's not in the kitchen whipping up delicious baked goods, he enjoys cooking, painting, karaoke, art galleries, and museums.
His favorite baked good to bake is cakes— and his favorite baked good to eat is a Mediterranean scone with feta, basil, and sun-dried tomatoes.
