ARCHANGEL AIRBORNE (AA) held their Annual Community Outreach Day on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Cherry Ridge Airport in Honesdale, PA. The Outreach Day included numerous family activities, and a memorial fly-by and special "Missing Man" formation honoring Dog Tag, Inc.'s Co-Founder Father Richard J. Curry, S.J.
Father Richard Curry once served as AA’s very first Chaplain. AA's Chairman Peter Sloan delivered a short eulogy, then as TAPS played, the T-34’s executed the Missing Man formation followed by a moment of silence.
"Father Rick preached through his actions working tirelessly to help others as he spent his recent years honoring our veterans and facilitating their return to lives of promise. He is missed everyday but is a great inspiration in our humanitarian work. He continues to fly alongside us, doubtless lobbying the angels in support of our work,” said Chairman Sloan.
